Phyllis Sinclair is a Canadian folk singer-songwriter and a ‘socially conscious balladeer’, says UK’s Maverick Magazine who coined her “The Lady of Conviction”. Her songs are highly influenced by her experience being raised in Winnipeg’s inner city in a working-class family.
